Hello! I'm Hien Do, a passionate and driven junior cost controller in the construction industry. My journey into this fulfilling career began with humble beginnings, and I am proud of how far I've come.

As an Asian girl with limited background and experience, breaking into the construction industry seemed like a daunting challenge. However, my determination, eagerness to learn, and commitment to excellence helped me overcome these obstacles.

After completing my education, I sought every opportunity to gain practical experience and enhance my skills. Through self-studying, self-practicing and with the help of my bosses and co-workers, I developed a solid foundation in cost estimation, budget management, and financial reporting.

My role as a junior cost controller allows me to apply my skills in managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring the financial success of construction projects. It's incredibly fulfilling to contribute to projects that shape our built environment, knowing that my efforts help keep them on track and within budget.
